Happy Heritage Day, everyone!

As part of Heritage Week, Rivier University and Rivier Campus Ministry will celebrate Saint Marie Rivier on Monday, honoring her faith, service, and love of neighbor. Her commitment to educating women and children, especially the poor and vulnerable, led to the founding of the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary. Saint Marie Rivier’s legacy endures through the University’s mission to transform hearts and minds in service to the world.

One way to define hope is: the recognition that a situation is not as good as it could be and that we have the power to make it better.

Martin Luther King, Jr. was (and continues to be) a beacon of hope for many people. He knew that there there could be peace even if he didn't see it at the time. He had hope and worked hard to make his dream a reality.

Today, King's words continue to remind us to dream of a more just and compassionate world and to not lose hope as we each do our part in creating that world one day at a time.

Due to snow expected tomorrow evening, our 5:00pm Mass has been cancelled. This is for the safety of all, especially those coming from off campus.

Instead, Campus Ministry will provide transportation for students who wish to attend 11:00am Mass at Immaculate Conception Church in Nashua. Students, please email [email protected] no later than 10:15am if you would like a ride to Mass.
