The ministry of Deaconess and Home Missioners are a vital part of the life of our Church.

We still have plenty of spot open and ready to register for our free day camp, "Camp In the Community" at Narrows First United Methodist Church!

The date for this year's camp is July 27-31, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Friday ends at 2pm). We welcome all campers ages 5-14.

This summer, our church charge will be having a summer bible study series beginning on June 7. All from the community are welcome to join in with us.

We will be reading “Free of Charge: Giving and Forgiving in a Culture Stripped of Grace” by Miroslav Volf.

As we find that our world continues to be divided in to categories, labels, and "sides", it is important to remind ourselves of the Christian virtues of grace and forgiveness. Volf's book will help lead our conversations and prayer as we seek to be a people who practice giving and forgiving. Wont you join us as we have these important conversations?

We will be combining our worship services tomorrow at Rich Creek First UMC for a joint Cantata and Brunch/Easter Egg Hunt. Service starts at 10 am. There will be no worship service at Narrows tomorrow since we are combining. See you at Rich Creek First UMC tomorrow at 10 am!

Red Hat is next Tuesday, March 17 at noon in Princeton. WV at Dolly’s Diner. Hope I will be able to go, haven’t been in a long while, looking forward to getting out with friends.
