We still have plenty of spot open and ready to register for our free day camp, "Camp In the Community" at Narrows First United Methodist Church!

The date for this year's camp is July 27-31, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Friday ends at 2pm). We welcome all campers ages 5-14.

To register online please visit campinthecommunity.org/host/narrows.

At this website, you will also be able to see schedules, items that your camper will need to bring each day, as well as look at some of the activities we offer.

We will be combining our worship services tomorrow at Rich Creek First UMC for a joint Cantata and Brunch/Easter Egg Hunt. Service starts at 10 am. There will be no worship service at Narrows tomorrow since we are combining. See you at Rich Creek First UMC tomorrow at 10 am!

Hi friends, due to our parking lot conditions and an increase in snow overnight we will not be having in-person worship tomorrow. There will be a recorded service posted at our normal time. Below are some announcements for your calendars. Also, please feel free to post any prayer requests you may have in the comments.

Announcements:

Service and Bible Study canceled for this Sunday. Choir Wednesday TBD.

Ash Wednesday will be Feb 18, 6:30 @ RCFUMC communing with Narrows First UMC.

Giles Ministerial Association will be hosting Lenten services every Wednesday at 12:05 @ the Episcopal Church in Pearisburg beginning Feb 18-April 1.

We will celebrate UMCOR Sunday on March 15. The Sisters in Christ group of Rich Creek will be collecting UMCOR hygiene kits to bless and deliver as our UMCOR offering. If you would like to help make a hygiene kit, please see me or Brenda Riley.
