“God works through ordinary people… people like us.”
This Sunday, Pastor Brian shared a hopeful reminder that you don’t need to have everything figured out to be part of what God is doing in the world.
Beginnings are rarely perfect. But maybe that’s exactly where God loves to work: bringing light, hope, and possibility to life through ordinary people who are willing to trust that the Spirit is already out there moving across the chaos and the waters.

From the bright reds filling the sanctuary to the voices lifted in song, today was a beautiful reminder that the Holy Spirit still moves with power, passion, and fire among God’s people!

We reached out to see if the guys would be willing to send us a little video introduction so we could get to know them a bit before they arrive… and they greatly exceeded our expectations! Their warmth, humor, and personalities already shine through so clearly.

We are also still looking for one more host family for a two-week stay. The webpage also includes opportunities to support their visit through activities, passes, and other gifts of hospitality.
Let’s help make this a trip of a lifetime for them…while also remembering how much we will learn from them and how deeply we’ll be blessed by their gifts, presence, and spirit.
