Solanus would urge people who couldn't get to Mass or receive Communion to ask Jesus to come spiritually into their hearts. He himself did this throughout the day, even when he did celebrate Mass and receive Communion. A friend of his heard him speak so often about Spiritual Communion that he asked him one day how to actually go about doing it.

Solanus told him: "Please come to me in spiritual communion. Send your body and blood gushing through my veins. Send your love into my heart, my soul and my mind. Lift me up to your bosom and infuse me with your divine love. Amen."

CORONAVIRUS PRAYER

Lord Jesus Christ, Our Divine Physician,
We ask you to guard and protect us from
Coronavirus COVID-19 and all serious Illness.
For all that have died from it, have mercy.
For those that are ill now, bring healing.
For those searching for a remedy, enlighten them.
For medical caregivers helping the sick,
strengthen and shield them.
For those working to contain the spread, grant them success.
For those afraid, grant peace.
May your precious blood be our defense and salvation.
By your grace, may you turn the evil of disease into
moments of consolation and hope.
May we always fear the contagion of sin
More than any illness. We abandon
Ourselves to your infinite mercy. Amen.

PRAYER FOR THE SPREAD OF PERPETUAL ADORATION

Heavenly Father, increase our faith in the Real Presence of Your Son Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist.
We are obliged to adore Him, to give Him thanks and to make reparation for sins.
We need your peace in our hearts and among nations.
We need conversion from our sins and the mercy of Your forgiveness.

May we obtain this through prayer and our union with the Eucharistic Lord.
Please send down the Holy Spirit upon all peoples to give them the love, courage, strength and willingness to respond to the invitation to Eucharistic Adoration.

We beseech You to spread Perpetual Adoration of the Most Blessed Sacrament in parishes around the world. We ask this in the name of Jesus the Lord. Amen.

Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament
Help us to spread the glory of Your Son through Perpetual Adoration.
