🎶🇻🇦 A Rare and Extraordinary Evening Awaits! 🇻🇦🎶

St. Raphael Parish is honored to welcome the Sacred Voices Choir from Rome and the Vatican for a one-night-only concert on Saturday, June 20 at 7:30 PM.

Recently featured in Patch and other media outlets, this remarkable 40-member choir includes singers from some of Rome’s most prestigious Vatican and musical institutions. Under the direction of Pontifical Cantore Adriano Caroletti and accompanied by Josep Solè Coll, organist of the Pope and St. Peter’s Basilica, audiences will experience the beauty of sacred music as it has been heard for centuries in the Vatican.

The concert will feature masterpieces by Palestrina, Perosi, and Cardinal Domenico Bartolucci—music that has accompanied papal liturgies in the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica. The Sacred Voices Choir also had the honor of presenting a concert for Pope Leo XIV.

🙏 PRAY FOR OUR PRIESTS 🙏

On June 14, the Diocese of Joliet Vocations Prayer Calendar invites us to pray in a special way for Fr. Christopher Lankford, Pastor of St. Raphael Catholic Church.

As a parish family, let us unite in gratitude for Fr. Chris and for all priests who faithfully serve God’s people. Through their ministry, we receive the sacraments, hear the Gospel proclaimed, and are guided closer to Christ.

• Offer a small sacrifice
• Spend time in prayer for Fr. Chris and all priests
