Good morning everyone,
Pastor Wenzel here. Some of you are aware, but I drove to the hospital in Gregory early Wednesday morning and was admitted to the Emergency Room. My heart was acting up, but also they discovered i had pneumonia on top of it. It was pretty severe, if there would have been an open bed at the big hospital in Sioux Falls, I would have been flown over there. But no beds opened up, and eventually they got my condition under control. They kept me under observation until they let me out yesterday.
Due to the fact that this Saturday is the first day in a week i have been at home all day and i am still recovering, Pastor Henning and Windsperger are filling in for me this weekend. We will still have service at Zion tonight at 7:00 PM, tomorrow at St. Paul's a 8:15 AM.
Beautiful Savior will livestream the Grace service from Burke at 10:00 AM tomorrow morning. Thanks for prayers and support. And I thank the Lord I am still kicking. I have appointments over in Sioux Falls in the coming weeks to hopefully run tests, figure out solutions, and get this condition under control.
P.S. I apologize in advance, i have not been home long enough to make a new service, so I am reusing last weeks bulletin. We are a week ahead of the pericope so it will line up well at least with Pastor Henning's sermon tomorrow. But it will be a similar service to last week. Hope you understand.
