Revelation 1:3 states, "Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand." We are pleased to announce that Brantley County will host its 8th annual Georgia Statewide Bible Reading event. On July 14th, 2026, at 7:14 a.m., we will gather at the Brantley County Courthouse in Nahunta, Georgia, to read aloud from the Scripture and pray for our Nation, and Country. This is an open invitation for anyone who would like to participate. Thank you and God bless!

Isaiah 41:10

Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Praise the Lord He has brought forth another victory at Set Free South Georgia! Brother Ernest Manning has successfully completed phase one of the program! Ernest has been a great example to the brothers here. We’re sad to see him go but grateful to see Gods activity in his life. Ernest has professed that the Lord is leading him home to be with family, please continue praying for him as he enters this new season.

Jeremiah 24:7
I will give them a heart to know that I am the Lord, and they shall be my people and I will be their God, for they shall return to me with their whole heart.” It’s amazing watching the Lord work, today we got to witness God bring forth another graduate! Brother Ryan Gyurik has successfully completed phase one of the program. Ryan has served his heart out at Set Free, the Lord used him in many ways including outreach to the community, as a Servant Leader and a part of our kitchen staff. Ryan has decided to return home to his family and will be dearly missed. Let us continue lifting him up in prayer as he enters a new season.

1 Peter 5:10 "And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast." Praise the Lord Brother Dominic Simpson has successfully completed phase one of the program. Not only has Dominic been a blessing in our lives and to this ministry, but also to the community as well. He is currently serving at the ministry as an Overseer which is a position of leadership. Please keep him in prayer as he continues walking with the Lord.

Romans 6:4: "We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life." Praise the Lord Brothers Forrest, Franklin, Josh, and Kyle have publicly professed Christ as Lord and have joined Him in believers baptism! “Brothers and sisters, I do not regard myself as having taken hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” Praise the Lord He has brought forth another graduation! Brother James Eason has successfully completed phase one of the program, and will be joining us in phase 2. The Lord has done an amazing work in Brother James’s life, he has been a blessing to us and is currently serving at the ministry as a Servant Leader. Please continue to lift him up in prayer as he seeks the Lord in the next step.
