So the pictures might be a bit confusing so let me explain. In my science class at school we are testing water sample for E-coli, I already got one but I just needed one more. This morning on the way to school I prayed that God would provide for me a pond, puddle, any watering source that I can use for class. I remembered this little park my family use to go to and it was right off the freeway.

I get to the parking lot and all I see is just dead grass and asphalt. Interrupting thoughts of ‘See God won’t answer your prayer’ kept coming up but I just kept telling those thoughts that I trust in the Lord to provide for what I need.

I see a little dirt path and I walk down this path and I see tire tracks in the distance. As I get closer I see a small puddle of water in those tire tracks!! I have never been so excited to see water before till this moment for I knew then that God has answered my prayer.

Takeaway: The Lord knows what we need, we just got to trust in him to provide in his timing. If I just stopped at the grass and never took that step of faith of walking down the path then I never would have found that puddle.

Today we learned about letting your light shine for Christ. Christ shines through us towards the world, and sometimes that light can be covered. So, is your light covered or are you shinning bright today?

Visitation this morning! Who's ready to brave the chilly air with us? Fortunately, by mid-morning the sun is usually up and well on its way to warming up the day. Great weather for door-knocking!

We had an awesome time yesterday at the church, celebrating the harvest special! We had a lot of kids come through in great costumes, and they certainly enjoyed the treats and fun things we had prepared. What a way to reach the community!
