We are thrilled to welcome violinist Rebecca Racusin () to the fifth anniversary edition of the Arazzo Music Festival! 🎉 She will appear on our inaugural concert at Union Baptist Church in Mystic, “Love, Fire, and Fantasy,” on Saturday, June 20.

Praised for her “sparkling” sound (Washington Classical Review), violinist Rebecca Racusin enjoys a versatile career. She is the founder and president of acclaimed Jackson Hole Chamber Music festival, now in its ninth season. She performs regularly with the New Jersey Symphony and has appeared with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, San Francisco Ballet Orchestra, and San Francisco Chamber Orchestra. Ms. Racusin was a tenured member of the Baltimore Chamber Orchestra, Eclipse Chamber Orchestra, and Maryland Symphony, and was appointed principal player of the GRAMMY-nominated Washington, D.C.–based Inscape Chamber Orchestra in 2012. She has appeared with the 21st Century Consort and Smithsonian Chamber Players, and recently performed as a soloist with the Eclipse Chamber Orchestra and Central Jersey Symphony Orchestra. She has spent nearly a decade with the Grand Teton Music Festival Orchestra and served on the faculty of the Wintergreen Performing Arts Festival and Academy (2013–2016).

Ms. Racusin received her B.A. from Harvard University while studying with James Buswell at the New England Conservatory, and her M.M. from the University of Maryland, where she held a graduate assistantship under Elisabeth Adkins.

Yay!!!!! Welcome to Camp Wightman, Ben!

The Board of Directors of Camp Wightman is thrilled to announce that Rev. Ben Dubow will be its new Executive Director. Some of you may already have heard the exciting news that Camp Wightman has a new Executive Director, and we are delighted to share that he started full-time at camp this week. He is working alongside outgoing Interim Director and Board Chair Ozzie Picard to ensure a smooth transition.

The Board would also like to extend its sincere gratitude to the Executive Director Search Committee for their diligent efforts, thoughtful discernment, and faithful work throughout this process.

About Ben:
Ben currently serves as Lead Pastor of Riverfront Family Church in Hartford, Connecticut, and brings a career that sits at the intersection of nonprofit leadership, youth development, hospitality, and faith-based community work. He is also most recently the Executive Director of Forge City Works, a nonprofit also located in Hartford.

Ben has led and supported mission-driven organizations, including MACC Charities and Forge City Works, where he has worked alongside disengaged and disconnected young people to remove barriers to employment through culinary job training and social enterprise. He also brings many years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, including formal culinary training and hands-on operations leadership.

Ben’s youth ministry background includes both church and parachurch settings, including Young Life, where he served on summer property staff at Young Life’s Saranac Village and later as an Area Director. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Connecticut, an MDiv and DTh from Capstone University, and a Culinary Arts & Hospitality certificate from the Connecticut Culinary Institute. Ben is a published author, nonprofit leader, speaker, and consultant. He currently serves as Chair of the Connecticut Hospitality Educational Foundation (CHEF), previously served as President of the ABCCONN Board of Managers, and chairs the Hartford Advisory Commission on Food Policy.
