MCC Kitchen Garden Update:

We are slow in starting the vegetable garden but expect to begin planting now. Hopefully those who have helped in the past are willing to continue and new folks will join us this season.

We work in pairs on a rotating weekly schedule for planting, watering, weeding, harvesting, & delivering to the Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center. All ages and abilities are welcome.

As many of you already know, Mystic Congregational Church is always proud to support Southeastern Connecticut’s Annual Walk to End Homelessness, which brings our community together to raise awareness and support for neighbors experiencing homelessness.

🚶 Walk starts at 1:00 PM

This meaningful community event benefits organizations working every day to provide shelter, support, and hope across Southeastern Connecticut. We encourage members of our congregation to walk, support, and stand together for this important cause.

💬 We Want to Hear From You!

The Trustees at Mystic Congregational Church have launched the SOAR (Space Optimization and Review) Subcommittee to better understand how our church spaces are being used—and how they might serve our community even better in the future. 🏡

As part of this effort, Kathy Parker, Mike Perry, and Chris Wenderoth will be conducting confidential one-on-one conversations with members to gather feedback, ideas, and “wish list” improvements for our facilities.
