Ocean View TLC Ocean View TLC is a quality preschool serving children ages 6 weeks to PreK4. We specialize in meeting the individual needs of your child.

The Learning Center (TLC) is a ministry of Ocean View Baptist Church. We share a common philosophy based upon an understanding of the needs of children. Children learn best through age appropriate play. As preschoolers pass through stages of development, we believe it is our resonsibility to prepare each child spiritually, physically, emotionally and cognitively to enter the next stage of development. This is accomplished through planned experiences provided in happy surroundings by caring, Christian adults.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who supported this year’s Trike-A-Thon. Because of your generosity, we were able to add four brand-new bikes to our playground. We couldn’t have done it without our amazing TLC families 💙

This was a special day at TLC 💙

After getting the heavy news about mom Monday afternoon and processing that ever since, I needed a distraction this morning. I kept my appointment to talk weather with the children at Ocean View Teaching Learning Center. They blessed me with these get well cards and prayers for mom. Yes, I cried.
