We are a Jesus Christ centered ministry that seeks the kingdom of God first where Jesus is the King. We share the good news of Jesus with all peoples in hope that they will hear, believe and receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior. It is all about Him and for His glory! This is what we believe. Doctrinal Statement for AFHM. One God who is Father, Son, & Holy Ghost

We believe in only one true and l

iving God, the Creator and Sustainer of all things, who is infinite, eternal, unchanging, and is revealed to us as the Father, the Head of the Trinity, into whose hands finally the Kingdom shall be given up. We believe in God, the Son, who is the promised Messiah of the Old Testament, who was born of a virgin, conceived by the Holy Spirit, given to reveal God the Father; who died to redeem man, rose from the dead; who is now seated at the right hand of the Father interceding for all believers; and who will one day return in a visible, personal, and bodily form as the glorified Lord of lords and Judge of all mankind to receive His Church unto Himself at a time the Father has reserved to Himself alone. We believe in God, the Holy Spirit, a person sent from God the Father to convict the world of sin; to regenerate and cleanse believers from sin; to teach, guide, strengthen and perfect every believer. We believe God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit are three in one. The Sinful Nature of Man

We believe that man was created in the image of God, but that being tempted by Satan, he sinned, and since that time all men have been born in sin. The original tempter was Satan, the personal evil, who with his angels has been working iniquity among the nations of the world. Sin is nonconformity to the will of God, which leads to physical and spiritual death, and eternal separation from God in a physical Hell that will one day deliver its inhabitants up for final judgment and ultimately into the Lake of Fire. Christ our Atonement

We believe that God provided a way for our reconciliation to Him by ransom from our sin and that the way provided is Jesus Christ. Jesus atoned for our sins with His death on the cross, and through His blood atonement, we can become joint heirs with Christ, thereby escaping the condemnation and wrath of God. Christ’s atonement is applied to the believer by the grace of God through the faith of man in the person and finished work of Jesus Christ. Christ our Savior

We believe every individual is condemned through his or her sins and without Jesus Christ salvation is impossible. We believe for anyone to be delivered from condemnation, he must of a free will accept the gospel of Jesus Christ as Savior. We believe that those who do accept Him as Savior are eternally secure. We further believe that each believer is obligated to present the gospel to all mankind. The Scriptures

We believe that the Bible is the Word of God and is the absolute authority in determining the faith and practice of God’s people. We affirm that the sixty-six books of the Bible are inerrant, divinely and uniquely inspired, and are given to mankind as the Spirit of God inspired them. These Scriptures are divinely intended for personal study through the guidance of the Holy Spirit. The Judgments

We believe all mankind will be resurrected to receive an ultimate judgment. Those saved through faith under the atonement of Jesus as Savior will stand before Him to be judged according to their works for reward. Those whose names are not found in the Book of Life, due to their rejection of the gospel of Jesus Christ, will be judged accordingly, and cast into the Lake of Fire along with Satan and his angels. These judgments are at least 1,000 years apart. The Church

We believe the Church is the baptized body of believers in Christ covenanted together to obey the New Testament teachings of the Bible, in doctrine, worship, and practice, observing the only two ordinances of the Church: baptism and the Lord’s Supper. We believe baptism to be the symbolic act of a saved believer being immersed in water. We believe the Lord’s Supper, consisting of the taking of bread and grape juice by the believer, to be a memorial of the Lord’s death given in expectation of His imminent return. We believe in the rapture of the Church and the pre-millennial return of Christ with His Church to establish His Kingdom on earth.

Jesus Christ Called Us To Fish For Men

"Come, follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men."
(Matthew 4:19)

Fishermen are a unique breed. They're not always understood by the non fishing fraternity. More often than not, they are looked at kind of oddly. Likewise, fishers of men don't lend themselves toward neat ecclesiastical job descriptions.

Fishermen are passionate. They are willing to rise at godforsaken hours to pursue their love. Likewise, fishers of men are passionate about their devotional life and are not deterred by their need for sleep.

Fishermen are people of knowledge and skill. They know the terrain of the stream and where fish like to hide out and what they like to feed on. Likewise, fishers of men know the world people live in and the things they're being attracted to.

Fishermen are characterized by singleness of purpose. They are focused and concentrated on the task at hand, consumed by one simple overarching concern, catching fish. Likewise, fishers of men are highly singular, driven by one desire, to see people become mature disciples. That is, spending personal time daily with God, growing in prayer and understanding the Word (and as a result, living in profound dependence upon Christ), sharing Christ with others, and not only that, but going on to invest time and work in them until they too are reproducing those traits in others.

Fishermen are people of adventure. They are always looking for the next bend in the stream, never content with a fished-out hole but always on the lookout for the next productive place in the river. Likewise, fishers of men are never content with maintenance but are always on the lookout for the next opportune spot in the world.

Fishermen stick to the basics. Old fishermen aren't particularly captivated by the latest fads and techniques. Likewise, fishers of men are not easily drawn away from the basics of discipleship, prayer, Scripture and evangelism.

Fishermen are eager to share their knowledge and skill with others. They are only too eager to share their passion with someone of like passion. Likewise, fishers of men know the great joy and exhilaration of catching men and are genuinely excited to share that joy with others.

Fishermen catch fish. True fishermen don't use the line, "You should have seen the one that got away." They, without commenting, just hold up their full stringer. Likewise, fishers of men don't have any excuses or empty words, just a legacy of men who have been caught for Christ. No bull here.

God is doing amazing things which only He can do in Myanmar through our 8 Churches, Bible College and orphanage. This Friday, March 6 2023 will be the 10th Anniversary of the church in Myanmar. Glory to God. It will be 10 years since I laid hands on our lead Pastor there, and the fist church was planted. And now look at all God has done in a short 10years. What a mighty God we serve!

The pictures below are the vision for the new church and Bible College. We are now raising funds to build on the land we purchased 3 years ago. The cost will be 150,000 USD. If you are led by God to invest in His kingdom work in Myanmar please contact me at 843-205-3245. Or you can give via check to

Facts of the Matter: Daily Devotionals.

What God Wants From Us

How would you like to be able to communicate God's Word to others in an eloquent fashion?

Or have the ability to plumb the depths of the most profound spiritual truths?

Or be able to pray for a person's healing in perfect confidence that God will answer?

What about the courage to sell all your belongings and move to central Africa to reach the most impoverished of peoples?

Or have unflinching commitment to Christ — even to the point of facing a firing squad?

It all sounds so very noble doesn't it? But what God really wants from us is:
To be PATIENT with our wife when she asks us to go shopping with her all Saturday afternoon.

To be KIND to the scrubby pony-tailed dropout with the bone through his nose.

To genuinely take PLEASURE in the knowledge that our competitor is knocking them dead at the cash register.

To DEFLECT ATTENTION AWAY FROM OUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS in deference to others.

To BE GRACIOUS toward those among us who stand to profit us nothing.

To PUT ASIDE OUR INTERESTS for the benefit of others

To FORGIVE those who have ripped us off.

To LIVE MAGNANIMOUSLY, TRUSTING GOD AMIDST DIFFICULT circumstances which we cannot change.

To KEEP THE FAITH TO THE END, WHEN EVERYTHING AROUND US SEEMS TO BE CRUMBLING.

This, my friends is the love of Christ, (as expressed in 1 Corinthians 13), applied in the crucible of life's daily realities. If we fail here, no amount of giftedness or personal sacrifice is of any consequence.

Just How Well Do You Know God?

While most of us possess encyclopedic knowledge about God, how many of us give evidence of true intimacy with God in the daily crucible of our market place existence? For example:

1. THOSE WHO KNOW GOD HAVE GREAT ENERGY FOR GOD:

His power is at work in their lives over:
Sin: "The Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death." (Romans 8:2)
Circumstances: "But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us." (Romans 8:37)

2. THOSE WHO KNOW GOD HAVE GREAT REST IN GOD:

It is because they accept His sovereignty in the superintending of His universe that they can rest:

"I am God, and there is no one like Me, declaring the end from the beginning… saying, 'My purpose will be established, and I will accomplish all My good pleasure.'" (Isaiah 46:9, 10)

"Rest in the Lord and wait patiently for Him… " (Psalm 37:7)

3. THOSE WHO KNOW GOD HAVE GREAT CONTENTMENT IN GOD:

While chained to a prison wall, and awaiting ex*****on, Paul writes, "Rejoice in the Lord, and again I say to you, Rejoice!… I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances may be… " (Philippians 4:4, 11; nas and Phillips Translation)

Shoe leather Christianity evidences itself in the crucible of daily living through energy, rest, and contentment. Tell me, JUST HOW WELL DO YOU KNOW GOD?

Reader, let us put this question—do you serve the Lord with gladness? Let us show to the people of the world, who think our religion to be slavery, that it is to us a delight and a joy! Let our gladness proclaim that we serve a good Master.

Morning and Evening Devotional

"Serve the Lord with gladness." Psalm 100:2

Delight in divine service is a token of acceptance. Those who serve God with a sad countenance, because they do what is unpleasant to them, are not serving Him at all; they bring the form of homage, but the life is absent. Our God requires no slaves to grace His throne; He is the Lord of the empire of love, and would have His servants dressed in the livery of joy. The angels of God serve Him with songs, not with groans; a murmur or a sigh would be a mutiny in their ranks. That obedience which is not voluntary is disobedience, for the Lord looketh at the heart, and if He seeth that we serve Him from force, and not because we love Him, He will reject our offering. Service coupled with cheerfulness is heart-service, and therefore true. Take away joyful willingness from the Christian, and you have removed the test of his sincerity. If a man be driven to battle, he is no patriot; but he who marches into the fray with flashing eye and beaming face, singing, "It is sweet for one's country to die," proves himself to be sincere in his patriotism. Cheerfulness is the support of our strength; in the joy of the Lord are we strong. It acts as the remover of difficulties. It is to our service what oil is to the wheels of a railway carriage. Without oil the axle soon grows hot, and accidents occur; and if there be not a holy cheerfulness to oil our wheels, our spirits will be clogged with weariness. The man who is cheerful in his service of God, proves that obedience is his element; he can sing,

"Make me to walk in Thy commands,
'Tis a delightful road."

Reader, let us put this question—do you serve the Lord with gladness? Let us show to the people of the world, who think our religion to be slavery, that it is to us a delight and a joy! Let our gladness proclaim that we serve a good Master.

The year is almost over, and the years of my life are growing few, but time does not change my Lord. New lamps are taking the place of the old, perpetual change is on all things; but our Lord is the same.

His Kindness And Covenant

"For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee." Isaiah 54:10

One of the most delightful qualities of divine love is its abiding character. The pillars of the earth may be moved out of their places, but the kindness and the covenant of our merciful Jehovah never depart from His people. How happy my soul feels in a firm belief of this inspired declaration! The year is almost over, and the years of my life are growing few, but time does not change my Lord. New lamps are taking the place of the old, perpetual change is on all things; but our Lord is the same. Force overturns the hills, but no conceivable power can affect the eternal God. Nothing in the past, the present, or the future can cause Jehovah to be unkind to me.
My soul, rest in the eternal kindness of the Lord, who treats thee as one near of kin. Remember also the everlasting covenant. God is ever mindful of it -see that thou art mindful of it too. In Christ Jesus the glorious God has pledged Himself to thee to be thy God, and to hold thee as one of His people. Kindness and covenant -- dwell on these words as sure and lasting things which eternity itself shall not take from thee.
