The disciples waited ten days in the Upper Room until they received the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost.

Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. Pentecost Sunday is next Sunday. Born-again Believers all across the world 🌎 will observe, celebrate, and honor the promised gift of the Holy Spirit. 🕊️

The Women’s Ministry attended a conference at Compassion Church in Florence today. We learned that abiding in a Christ-centered community calls for devotion, consistency, and a willingness to be open with one another. (vulnerability) It nurtures generosity and joy, while serving as a powerful witness as others observe Christ-like love in action. As Believers, we commit ourselves to the Apostles' teaching, fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayers daily.
