What if the unknown didn’t have to shake your faith?

This week’s message reminded us that whatever we discover tomorrow cannot undo what God revealed yesterday. God is still the Creator. Jesus is still Lord. The gospel still stands.

When the unknown feels big, make Jesus bigger in your attention.

Thrive Church is partnering with Help 4 Kids Backpack Buddies as our August ministry partner!

You can help support local kids by bringing food items or school supplies with you on Sunday and dropping them off at church.

Food items needed: canned pasta, Vienna sausage, Pop-Tarts, mac & cheese cups, noodle cups, and cereal cups.

School supplies needed: nylon pencil pouches, pens, highlighters, dry erase markers, 1 subject notebooks, pencils, glue, clear bookbags, 3 prong folders, marble composition notebooks, earbuds, markers, colored pencils, crayons, notebook paper, and binders.

Thank you for helping us love and serve our community.

Not another blurry video.

Not another unexplained sighting.

Actual, undeniable proof that intelligent life exists beyond us.

Would that shake your faith?

Would it mean the Bible got something wrong?

Would Christianity still be true?

This Sunday at Thrive Church, we’re launching NON-HUMAN with a conversation about UFOs, aliens, and what Christians should actually think about the possibility of life beyond Earth.

We’re not chasing conspiracy theories or pretending we have answers the Bible doesn’t give.

We’re asking a much bigger question:

Is our faith big enough to handle whatever we might discover?

Here’s the good news:

Whatever we discover tomorrow cannot undo what God has already revealed.

This week, we’re practicing the Five to Thrive by starting with our identity in Christ. Before the roles, pressure, performance, or regret, remember this: you belong to God.

Try this tomorrow morning:
Name three truths about who you are in God.
Then name three things you’re grateful for.

Identity leads us back to repentance, gratitude, and a faithful return to God.
