Myerstown Church Volleyball League

Hello!

Running the league has been passed to us from Tim and Rachel. The purpose of this post is to gauge interest for the league this summer.

We are looking to change the format of the league. On Mondays, we will run the typical church league for 6 person teams. On Thursdays, we will be running a quads league. We are still working out the details of location(s), start dates, etc. Tentatively, we are looking at a tournament date of August 16 for the 6s league and either August 17 or 23 for the quads league. If you are aware of anywhere we could play, please let us know!

Please discuss interest with your teams and let us know whether you would like to have a team this summer or not and which league or leagues you'd like to play in. We will also need a copy of your church's liability insurance.

Please pass this information on or let us know if there are any others who may be interested in having a team! We are open to feedback and questions, so don't hesitate to reach out!

The summer tournament is Saturday, August 19 at Bethel Elementary School. Set up at 8am. Help is always appreciated. Opening prayer at 8:45am. Play begins at 9am. It's going to be a great day for volleyball! 🏐

Our goal is to begin the 2023 season on Monday, May 8th. All games will be held at 7pm. Captains, please get your information to the coordinators if you haven't done so already.
