'THEY SAID START A SCHOOL and by the way, do it in the midst of the pandemic!!!" We have learned a lot on this journey.

It's only two weeks until Myakka Family Christian Academy hosts its annual fund raiser. All of the proceeds from this event go to support the future of our homeschool support program.

Come join us for a night filled with good food, fellowship, fun, and so much more.

We are so thankful for all the folks who helped us out at Christmas with the weekend food for the elementary school children in need. We only have a matter of weeks left before school is out and we are in need again for help with food. Supplies are very very low and food bank has not had much .
We serve 34 children each weekend with 2 lunches 2 dinners 2 breakfasts and 2 snacks. We could use the following:
Individual Mac n cheese cups
Ramen noodles
Vienna sausage
Soups
Beeferoni
Can spaghetti
Beef stew
Fruit cups
Jello cups
Individual instant oatmeal packets
Small individual cereals
Small packets of chips or cookies

I can meet anyone at the church with donations.

The church and school will be the Swap Meet and Flea Market on the corner of Tuttle and Fruitville, tomorrow December 13, 9am- to whenever the crowd slows down.

We will be selling items our students hand made. In addition we will be selling Vintage collectors items.
Many items would make great gifts.

Admission to the market is free. Please stop by and see us.
