For more than 20 years, Cathy Cox has faithfully served through GriefShare at Boulevard, including 18 years as the ministry leader.

For so many people walking through grief, Cathy has helped create a place where they could be heard, cared for, and reminded of the hope we have in Christ. Her faithful presence and years of service have made a lasting difference in the lives of many people in our church and community.

As Cathy steps down from leading GriefShare, we are deeply grateful for the way she has served this ministry and the people who have walked through its doors.

And we’re excited for what’s ahead.

John and Kathy Turnbull are stepping into leadership of GriefShare. Cathy shared that she believes God brought this couple at just the right time, and we’re grateful to see them carry this ministry into its next season.

John and Kathy have personally experienced how God can bring comfort, hope, and healing through seasons of profound loss. They’ve seen how healing is strengthened when people gather in a caring, Christ-centered community where they can share their stories and support one another. That’s the kind of community they’re excited to continue building through GriefShare.

GriefShare begins again September 8 and will now meet on Tuesday mornings at 10:00 AM at Boulevard.
