What a powerful day in the presence of God at The Bridge at Christ Church! ππ₯
From the very first moments of worship, there was a clear message resonating throughout the sanctuary:
π His love lifted us up.
π His mercy found us.
π And all we need is Him.
What a beautiful reminder that no matter where we've been, what we've faced, or what we're carrying, God is still reaching, restoring, healing, and drawing His people closer to Him.
Pastor Dave Howell delivered a powerful and faith-building message on prayer, authority, and the believer's position in Christ. We were reminded that prayer is not meant to be a religious routineβit is meant to be a relationship.
One of the strongest truths from the message was this:
Prayer is not just something we do. Prayer is a lifestyle. Prayer is a conversation with God.
We were challenged to stop living as though we are powerless and to begin walking in the authority that Jesus purchased for us.
π "Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven."
Pastor Dave reminded us that God has not called us to live defeated, fearful, or hopeless. Through Christ, we have authority to stand against the attacks of the enemy, pray in faith, and declare God's promises over our lives, our families, our homes, and our future.
The altar call was simple but powerful:
β Trust God.
β Walk in your authority.
β Believe His Word.
β Live in relationship with Him.
And throughout the service, the message remained the same:
We need Him.
Not just on Sundays.
Not just in emergencies.
Not just when life gets hard.
We need Him every day.
Bridge family, let's carry this into the week:
π Pray with confidence.
π Walk in authority.
π Encourage someone.
π Be led by the Holy Spirit.
Revival begins when each of us says, "Lord, start with me."
We can't wait to gather again Wednesday night as we continue this life-changing series on prayer.
