Brothers and sisters in Jesus,
Here are the official plans for this summer's two Bible study options....
You are cordially invited to attend either, or both, of these and join me and your fellow members in strengthening your faith through God's Word! Invite a friend! These are for members and non-members alike!
(1) Sundays, 10:45 AM - 11:15 AM -- "Mini Study" of St. John's Epistles (1 John, 2 John, 3 John), in fellowship hall (or, possibly a different room) during / after fellowship. We had a brief introduction yesterday, but everyone can join us and still cover ALL of the text of these letters with us... you did not miss much at all.
(2) Tuesdays, 2:00-3:00 PM, beginning 6/30, @ Legal Grounds Coffee House, 255 Seminole Rd., Norton Shores -- the section of God's Word we will study to be determined, but it will be a text study, not a topic study. This will be a relaxed, informal dig into God's Word together, energized by caffeine (if that's your thing, at least)
I had initially considered starting the coffee house gathering this week, but given that Tuesday is already tomorrow, I exercised pastoral prerogative to start next week. This gives me more time to prepare the plan, but it also gives us all more time to promote the study among ourselves and to some of the people who are not members but had participated at the Park Terrace study (which also had been Tuesdays at 2)
