Muskegon Area Pastors (MAPS) was formed so that pastors could gather monthly to pray for and encourage each other; put together prayer events for the churches to pray for the community and ministry of God’s people in this region; and possibly do outreach events to minister in the community. While the intent was not to become a group that represented primarily one denomination or segment of the chu

rch, the group eventually consisted of Pentecostal churches until a few years ago when pastors representing other denominations began participating. MAPS Purpose

The purpose of MAPS is to create an atmosphere of unity and trust between pastors in our community through Spirit filled prayer, worship, relationship building and ethical dealings with one another. The purpose of this is to unite and hear from God to do our portion to reach Muskegon County for the Lord Jesus Christ while honoring the efforts of others.
