CTC Get Fit Crew This class is for our church and community to get fit and to get healthy.

45 seconds each exercise with 30 second rest in between. Go through every exercise 2x.

Jumping Jacks
Push-ups
Speed Squats
Crunches
Mt. Climbers
Alternating lunges
High Knees
Side Crunches

Make sure to stretch and drink lots of water!!

Great workout this morning!!

This week lets try and eat veggies at EVERY meal. Some examples..(Eggs & spinach/peppers for breakfast. Salad/carrots/broccoli with grilled chicken for lunch. Cauliflower/cabbage/eggplant with fish for dinner). ALSO, try and drink ONLY water this week! No juice or soda!! 😊💪😊💪
