🎉 WE’RE CELEBRATING 10 YEARS OF MINISTRY! 🎉

This Sunday at 11 AM, The Refuge Church, Murrells Inlet Campus, invites you to join us for a very special 10th Birthday & Pastor Appreciation Celebration!

We are honored to welcome Bishop Morris Smith as our special guest speaker!

Following our worship service, we’ll gather in the church fellowship hall for a meal and a time of fellowship.

For an entire decade, God has been changing lives, restoring hope, building families, and providing a place where people can find Refuge!

We know that none of this would have been possible without the prayers, sacrifices, generosity, and faithfulness of so many people who have been part of this ministry over the years. YOU are part of our story, and we want to celebrate with YOU!

In Loving Memory of Bill Dunaway

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear friend and member of the Refuge family, Bill Dunaway. He is the Father of Patty Wham, our Lead Pastor’s wife.

After battling several health challenges, Bill passed away peacefully in his sleep.

While our hearts are saddened by his passing, we find comfort and rejoice in the promise of God’s Word:

“To be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.” — 2 Corinthians 5:8 (KJV)

Although we grieve his earthly departure, we hold tightly to the hope we have in Jesus Christ and the promise of eternal life.

We ask that you please keep Bill’s wife, Judy, and their entire family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. May they experience the peace, comfort, and strength that only our Heavenly Father can provide.

We will share funeral and memorial arrangements as soon as they become available.
