On Saturday 3/18 from 9am-1pm, The Murray Park Church Food Pantry will serve as a central drop-off location for the Utah Food Bank. Any and all food-bank donations can be dropped off at this location. The food will be distributed from this food bank location, and some will be collected to be distributed in other locations around the valley. The MPC Food Pantry is serving nearly 400 families each week and that number is growing quickly! They are open for food distribution 9-5 Every Thursday at 494 E 5300 S Murray (Murray Park Church of Christ). Whether you are in need on a weekly basis, or available to donate goods on 3/18, please note the times and location!

We are excited to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord this Sunday (4/17) with a special Easter Service! Worship is at 9:30 am, followed by a potluck brunch and kids' egg hunt at 10:45 am that are open to all.

The Bible, full of hope, beautiful poetry, and life-changing wisdom, also contains some seriously chilling stories. This week’s sermon kicks off our series on spooky stories from the Bible. Ryne retells the story found in Daniel chapter 5 about the ghostly human hand that appears during a party and scrawls a cryptic message for King Belshazzar on his plaster wall.

We had so much fun with our community meals in August, we decided to do it all again in September! So you (and everyone you know!) are invited to join us for free food and fellowship every Thursday in September @ 6:30 pm. We'll be eating out on our (well-shaded!) lawn and enjoying some much needed time together.

The Murray Park food pantry--a distribution location for the Utah Food Bank--is in need of on-call volunteers (age 14+) at various times for 1-4 hours. Help is needed Wednesdays from 9:45 AM - 2:00 PM to unload the truck that brings the food, and on Thursdays from 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM for distribution. Temporary to more regular schedules on those two days may be available. This volunteer service involves the physical ability to lift and move cases of food items. The pantry is located at 494 E 5300 S, Murray, UT 84107.
