Join us this Sunday evening as we open God’s Word together.

The Bible is God’s revelation of Himself, sufficient for teaching, correcting, and equipping His people (2 Timothy 3:16–17). Whether you’ve been studying Scripture for years or you’re just beginning to ask questions, you’re welcome to come and learn with us.

Each week we walk through the Bible verse by verse, seeking to understand the text in its proper context and how it points us to Christ. Our desire isn’t simply to gain more knowledge, but to grow in faith, obedience, and love for the Lord.

Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸

As we celebrate the freedoms we’ve been blessed with, may we remember the One from whom every good gift comes. We thank God for His grace, pray for our nation, and ask that He would turn hearts to Christ, the only true source of hope and lasting freedom.

“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom He has chosen as His heritage.”

Yesterday evening we finished Romans 5 in our Sunday night Bible study.

In Romans 5:12-21, Paul reminds us that sin entered the world through one man, Adam, and because of sin, death spread to all people. Every one of us has felt the effects of Adam’s fall…we live in a broken world because we are broken people.

But the passage doesn’t end in despair.

Paul contrasts Adam with Christ. Through Adam came sin, condemnation, and death. Through Jesus Christ comes grace, righteousness, justification, and life. Where sin increased, God’s grace increased all the more.

The good news of the Gospel is not merely that Jesus makes bad people better. It is that Jesus makes dead sinners alive. Adam brought ruin, but Christ brings redemption.

“Where sin increased, grace abounded all the more.”

Fatherhood is one of the greatest callings God gives a man.

The greatest fathers are not perfect men. They are men who know where they are going because they are following Christ.

As our curriculum says, “A pilgrim is not a drifter. He has a destination.”

This Father's Day, we honor the dads who faithfully lead, serve, sacrifice, and point their families toward Jesus.

Pain by itself doesn’t heal us. Time by itself doesn’t heal us. True healing begins when we stop running from the truth and allow God to shine His light into the places we’ve tried to hide.

The truth may be uncomfortable, but it is also where freedom begins.

Many people battling addiction carry wounds that run deeper than anyone can see.

Some were abandoned.
Some were abused.
Some were rejected.
Some learned long ago to numb pain instead of dealing with it.

The problem is that what we refuse to face often ends up controlling us.

Drugs, alcohol, po*******hy, and other addictions often begin as an attempt to escape emotional pain. But numbing a wound is not the same as healing it. The pain remains, waiting beneath the surface.

Lesson 4 of the Pilgrims Path Recovery Curriculum focuses on emotional maturity and healing. Scripture teaches that our emotions are not meant to rule us, nor are they meant to be ignored. They reveal what is happening in our hearts and point us toward areas where God’s truth needs to bring healing.

The good news is that your past does not have the final word.

Because God is sovereign, even the darkest chapters of our lives are not beyond His redeeming grace. Through Christ, broken stories can become testimonies. Deep wounds can become places where God’s mercy shines brightest.

“Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.” — Proverbs 4:23

Healing doesn’t come from running from the pain. It comes from bringing it to the One who knows every wound and is able to redeem every part of your story.
