St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, Murphy, NC

St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, Murphy, NC St. Nicholas Orthodox Church opened in 2009. We offer Vespers every Saturday at 6:00 p.m., and Divine Liturgy every Sunday at 10:00 a.m.

An Orthodox Christian Parish, serving the Orthodox Christian Community of Clay, Macon, Graham, and Cherokee Counties, including the Georgia Counties of Towns, Union, Fannin and Polk County in Tennessee. The church is a mission of the American Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Diocese, under His Eminence Metropolitan Gregory.

Congratulations to Fr. Frank, who has done an immeasurable amount of work over the years serving Christ and His Church. He served as chancellor for over three decades and also as the seminary dean, so he has trained and raised up much of the clergy in our diocese.

Come join us in Toronto for the dedication of the Fr. Frank Miloro Building at St, John the Compassionate Mission. This great honor has been bestowed on Fr. Frank in recognition of his 34 years of service as Diocesan Chancellor prior to his retirement last year and his upcoming retirement on October 31 as Seminary Dean of 41 years.
