Sometimes we look at God’s commands and think, “Why does God care about that?” or “Why can’t I just do what I want?”

But what if His boundaries aren’t about keeping good things from us?

Scripture has always given us wisdom about how to live: gratitude, forgiveness, generosity, self-control, healthy relationships, rest, hygiene, faithfulness, and caring for others. And in many of these areas, modern research continues to uncover the benefits of principles Scripture taught thousands of years ago.

His commands aren't arbitrary restrictions. They are the instructions of a Father who knows how He created us and what leads to life, health, peace, and flourishing.

Obedience isn't about God taking freedom away from you.
It's about trusting the One who knows what's best for you.
