We had an amazing gathering tonight where Tom Beckwith shared about how to make visitors feel welcome, form relationships, and get them plugged into the church.

The prayer retreat is off to a great start tonight! God has blessed us so much to share this time in prayer and fellowship.

Next weekend the School of Discipleship is having a prayer retreat out in Milton, TN at the home of one of our mentors, Curry Peacock. He doesn’t have just a prayer room in his house... he’s got a prayer TREE HOUSE!!!
•
We will have dinner at Curry’s house at 5:30 Friday night, followed by a speaker and activity. There is plenty of room for everyone to spend the night.
All day Saturday, we will delve deep into praying together and individually. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner will be provided.

We had an awesome turnout for our first Wednesday night!!! Thank you to everyone for coming out! And thanks to Dr. Bobby Harrington for giving us an excellent lesson on the WHY and HOW of discipleship.
Next week we will be listening to David Young, our preacher at North Boulevard Church of Christ!
