Enjoy this glimpse into the past with these never-before-seen photos of Dr. John R. Rice and the Sword of the Lord offices.

These images arrived in the mail this morning from a couple who visited Murfreesboro in 1969. During their trip, they toured both the Sword offices and the Bill Rice Ranch, photographing moments that have not been seen until now.

We are grateful they chose to share this piece of our history with us.

On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons at the National Sword Conference, we have an exciting plan for teens who attend. Led by William Davis, the Sword youth conference features the preaching of Bro. Davis, Jerry Ross, and Brad Braudis, plus games, food, prizes, and great Christian fellowship.

Of course, the teens are also welcome to all of the services and sessions at the National Sword Conference.

The youth conference is provided with no fees whatsoever, but it helps us to plan food and staffing if you register your group and approximately how many will attend.

I’m convinced that if we give our kids exposure to the right things, they are much more likely to choose to do right and do it for a lifetime.
