This week at Encounter, we will be discussing Daniel's fast from Chapter 10 of the Book of Daniel. This week, consider what fasting for God means, how God feels about our fasting, and the things that God may be asking you to sacrifice to draw closer to Him!
For your devotional, read Luke 4 and witness how Jesus fasted as God Himself during His time on Earth.
What does it tell you about how and why we should fast?
How does it compare to the fasting of Daniel?
Pray that God reveals through His word what you need to know about fasting 🤍
