Mrs. Patricia and her helpers continue with our study on Joseph. Yesterday, we heard how God allowed Joseph to understand the king's dreams. Joseph was able to tell Pharaoh what his dreams meant.

ADVENT // DAY 3

✨✨✨

Picture this: Adam and Eve are in the garden. Walking with God, under His blessing, talking with God, in perfect relationship with Him and one another. And then, their world flips upside down, all because of a serpent. He got them to believe the lie that God was holding out on them. Because they chose to believe his lies, the world was cursed.

​​And then we come to Genesis 3:15, which says, “And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head and you will strike his heel.”
​​
​​Now this is God speaking. He’s telling Adam and Eve all the hardships they are going to experience in life. But the beautiful part about this verse is that this is the first time where we see a need for a Savior. Someone born of a woman, who would come to crush the head of the serpent. That is Jesus!

God prepared for Christmas from the very beginning!
