Hi everyone! We have another
✨ Pew Spotlight ✨
Meet Shannon!!
If you're looking for someone who brings equal parts laughter, hands-on energy, and die-hard Michigan pride to our congregation, look no further than Shannon! A faithful part of our church family since 2018, Shannon is an absolute hoot to be around and a true blessing to everyone she meets.
Whether she's working her magic on our fun hallway bulletin boards, diving head first into planning our annual Trunk or Treat, or bleeding maize and blue on football Sundays, Shannon's heart for service shines through in everything she does.
A few fun facts about Shannon:
🐾 The Ultimate Paws Squad: Shannon is a total puppy person with a houseful of love! She has two sweet dachshunds - Trooper, a 10-year-old long hair, and Watson, a 6-year-old shorthair - plus her grand pup, Nugget, who turns 3 soon!
🛠️ The Ultimate "Doer" & DIY Pro: Need something fixed? Shannon is your girl! She is a natural-born "doer" who isn't afraid to roll up her sleeves and take on any challenge—even if that means literally tearing apart a car door to fix it herself. If there’s a job to be done, nothing is out of the question!
🍁 Heart of a Servant: Shannon jump-starts so much of the fun around here! She is always willing to jump in wherever help is needed, making sure our creative projects look fantastic and our big community events like Trunk or Treat run seamlessly.
The Heart of Her Faith:
For Shannon, the sweet spot of our church is the tight-knit family feeling. She loves the warmth and closeness of our small congregation, where there is always someone ready to lend a helping hand or offer support when you need it most.
Lately, the verse that has been a steady light for her is Ecclesiastes 3:11: "He has made everything beautiful in its time." It serves as her reminder that God’s timing is always perfect, guiding every step of our lives right when we need it most.
We are so incredibly grateful for Shannon’s humor, her unstoppable can-do spirit, and the endless energy she pours into our church family. Next time you see her, give her a big smile, offer a "Go Blue!", and thank her for all the joy she brings to our community! 💙💛
