Growth is God’s expectation.

Happy Juneteenth from Faith Chapel Murfreesboro! ❤️🖤💚

Today we commemorate June 19, 1865, the day enslaved African Americans in Texas finally learned they were free, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was issued.
Juneteenth is a celebration of freedom, resilience, faith, and the ongoing pursuit of justice. It reminds us that freedom delayed is not freedom denied, and that truth has a way of reaching those who have been waiting for it.
As we honor the sacrifices of those who came before us, may we continue to walk in unity, dignity, and love for one another.

Elder Kyla Jones preached “The Pattern of Return” and reminded us that Delilah wasn’t Samson’s first warning… she was the final consequence of a pattern he kept repeating. Sometimes the issue isn’t who showed up in our life… it’s what we refuse to learn from. 🙌🏽
