Pray more and worry less. God is in control🙏🏾.

Some things need prayer, not more worrying. Bring them to God and stop replaying every possible outcome in your mind.

You don't have to keep checking whether God is handling it. Once you've placed it in His hands, let your heart rest.

What you cannot control, God can. Pray about it, trust Him with it, and keep living your life without carrying the same worry everywhere you go.

God is saying to you today,

“Pray over it, leave it to Me, and don’t worry about it. I promise to take care of it.”
