Dillon defines greed as “when we, as believers, take something that is God’s” referring to our families, our jobs, our finances, our relationships, etc.

Psalm 24:1 reads, “The earth is the LORD’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.”

Therefore, believers know that what we have is God’s.

This morning we took time to honor the founding pastor of River Pointe Church in Munfordville Ky. Tony Wright, age 57 was called Home on July 13, 2026.

Dillon then presented us with an impactful message from 1 Corinthians chapter 1
that addresses why the cross seems foolish this day and age to a lost and dying world.
