A misfit is a person whose behavior sets them apart from others, making them different and separate from the rest. A follower of Christ, similarly to a misfit, is one who does not belong to this world, and conforms to nothing less than his or her God-given identity. John 15:19 states "If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out

of the world, therefore the world hates you." Since God has picked us, we are disliked, but God has picked you out of the world for a powerful purpose. The reason the world hates us is because, as Misfits, we are sticking up as God’s ambassadors and extending his kingdom to all people. Would you like to live your life for something more than your imagination can fathom? Would you like to comprehend how much greater your potential is as a misfit? Well then, let us show you what it is to be a follower of Christ and how to embrace our godly nature, for we are not of this world because we are Misfits! Our Cru groups go on every other friday. This is where you come to be strengthened and challenged to grow into the person that Jesus says that you are! Not alone, but with others your own age who want the same thing. Food, open dialog, prayer, teaching, and hanging out is what you can expect. Feel free to email us if you're interested in getting plugged into one of this groups. Wednesday night, 7pm is a more laid back, chill version of Fridays. It's a great time to meet new people in a calm environment, share the things that are going on in your world, and receive some practical Godly-wisdom in return. Friday nights at 7:30pm are our student/young adult services (You don't want to miss this!). You can expect teaching that applies to your life, right where you are, and also on who Jesus Christ is. Amazing worship lead by talented people your age (There's even rap mixed in sometimes.). Afterwards, there's time to hangout with friends and meet new people your age while enjoying some snacks! We want to be a generation of guys and girls who know who we are and who's they are (We belong to Jesus!). Through the power of Holy Spirit who lives in us, we want to change our communities, jobs, and schools. The Vine is a place where you can come and hangout, meet new people, get trained up, and then sent out to be a world changer!
