Backpack Giveaway & Blessing

We’ve all seen the costs of those school supplies! New backpacks, markers, pens, folders, and more, and it all adds up.

If you have kid/s in K-8th grade and school supplies feel out of reach this year, please stop by and receive a free backpack this Saturday 8/15 from 10am-12pm. Each backpack is packed with the most important supplies for each grade, and a backpack tag from our Annual Backpack Blessing ministry. All are welcome, but it is on a FCFS basis and while supplies last.

🎭 What a wonderful weekend celebrating the talents of our Sunday School students!

I had the opportunity to attend Footloose the Musical and watch Linnea List perform, and she was incredible! It was such a joy to see her confidence, dedication, and hard work shine on stage.

As a church family, we love celebrating our students and encouraging them as they pursue the gifts and talents God has blessed them with. Linnea, congratulations on a fantastic performance! ✨ This weekend, I had the pleasure of attending Aladdin the Musical to support one of our wonderful Sunday School students, Morgan List! 🎭💙

Morgan invited me to come watch her perform, and it was such an honor to be there. She did an amazing job, and it was so much fun seeing her shine on stage. We love celebrating our students as they use their God-given talents and grow in confidence both inside and outside of church.

We had such a fun and memorable evening with our kids at the Grayslake Aquatic Center! They truly made a splash and filled everyone’s hearts with joy. Watching them play, laugh, and create lasting memories together was incredibly special.

A huge thank you to all the families who came out and supported our kids' outing. Your presence helped make the event even more meaningful, and we’re grateful for the wonderful memories we shared together!
