St. Mary Religious Education Program starts tonight! Bless our students as they learn about Jesus. Bless our catechists and assistant catechists who give of their time and talents to pass along the faith. May the year be filled with learning and growing together.

We join Frassati Catholic Academy in recognizing the one year anniversary of the canonization of patron saint, Pier Giorgio Frassati. We pray for his intercession to inspire our students on their faith journey.

Today, September 7, marks one year since Saint Pier Giorgio Frassati was canonized a saint! ⛰️

Pier Giorgio was born in 1901 and lived just 24 years, but his short life was filled with deep faith, joyful friendship, service, and love for others. He loved adventure, laughter, climbing mountains, and spending time with his friends, all while striving to put God first and encouraging others to do the same.

As the namesake of Frassati Catholic Academy, we are so blessed to have Saint Pier Giorgio as a role model for our students. He was kind, funny, joyful, always included others, looked out for those who were less fortunate, and never stopped striving “To the Heights!”

These are the qualities we hope to nurture in all of our Eagles — a love for God, compassion for others, joyful friendship, generosity, courage, and a desire to always become the very best version of ourselves.

One year a saint. A lifetime of inspiration.

Labor Day Mass will be held today at 9 a.m. All are welcome as we pray for all St. Mary of the Annunciation Parishioners, both living and deceased. We also pray for all those who labor, especially those who work tirelessly for basic necessities and those struggling to find work. May we continue to work together to bring about God's mercy, justice, and compassion.
