Living Grace Bible Church About us:

Why Living Grace Bible Church?

1. We wanted a church where people can go that are not “church people.”

2. We accept the “ I’m sorry”.

We want to reach out to those who have had bad experiences in the organized church!

3. Our Church does not focus on your sins or the ability to measure up to man’s standards, but to focus on what Jesus Christ has done, all the good things that He accomplish for you!

4. As we shift the focus from your faults and mistakes and short-comings to focus on the Grace and Truth and Love of Jesus Christ!

5. In this church we not only believe in God’s grace but practice it! We are family in Christ and we love one another.

6. We welcome you, no matter what your past was, no matter what mistakes you have made, we all want to grow together in truth of God’s Word. What We Believe:

1. We believe The Bible to be the inspired Word of God. The complete revelation of God’s will for the salvation of people and it is the final divine authority for all.

2. We believe in God the Father. The creator of all things, infinity perfect and eternal existing in tree persons, The Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

3. We Believe in the Son. Jesus Christ is true God and true man. Having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin. He died on the cross as the sacrifice for our sins. He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven. He now sits as our High Priest and Advocate.

4. We believe in the Holy Spirit. His ministry is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ and during this age to convict people of their sins. Also to regenerate the believing sinner and in dwell, guide instruct, and empower the believer for godly living and service.

5. We believe that human beings were created in the image of God but fell into sin and therefore lost. Only through personal faith in Jesus Christ and regeneration by the Holy Spirit can salvation and a spiritual life be obtained.

6. We believe in the substitutionary death of Christ. That the death and resurrection of Jesus provides the only ground for justification and salvation for all who believe.

7. We believe that the true church is composed of all such persons through personal faith in Jesus Christ have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit , are the body of Christ of which He is the Head of.

8. We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead, of the believer to heaven and of the unbeliever to judgment and everlasting conscious punishment. Our Services:

1. We meet every Sunday at 9:30am at the America Legion Hall in Mullica Hill. It is located on route 45 (main st) directly across from the TD Bank. Following the service we have coffee & fellowship from 10:30am - 11:30am

Food For Thought: October 5th

The apostle Paul said in Galatians 6:17 “I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus.” Paul was not referring to physical marks but the scars from the persecutions he endured for his faith. These marks are not about blessings, miracles, comforts, but for the persecution for the sake of Christ. Sadly today, the focus of many is on what Christ can do for them and they forget that they have the responsibility of partaking in His suffering. A lot of people claiming to be Christians think their only responsibility to Jesus is just to believe in Him and do whatever they want. They are oblivious to the fact that Christians are not only called to believe in Christ but are also called to suffer for Him. Let us not forget that God uses suffering to shape the character of those who are His.

Psalm 28:7 “The Lord is my strength and shield, my heart trusts in Him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices and with song I will praise Him”

This verse depicts a beautiful scene of joy that fills the heart when we rely on Jesus! In life we face various challenges and difficulties. At such times we need a power that surpasses our own abilities which can only come from God above. May we entrust everything to Him and rely on His strength. In Christ’s love we will find true joy, not only because He is our helper, but also because He is our sole Savior.

I Timothy 1:18-19

The Lord gives each of us a conscience to help us to distinguish between right from wrong. In a believer it is a tool of the Holy Spirit; He fills and matures it with principles from God’s Word and sharpens it to respond quickly. The purpose of the conscience is to send a signal when a decision must be made. What happens next is up to us. Either we ignore the warning or we stop to hear what the Spirit has to say about the situation. The Holy Spirit reveals God’s will or reminds us of His principles so we can make a wise choice. Paul in his letter to Timothy mentioned people who had rejected God’s guidance resulting in a shipwrecked faith. When we are tempted to be disobedient to God the Holy Spirit nudges our conscience and we must choose to reject the misstep. Otherwise, our sense of right and wrong becomes impaired. If we keep ignoring the warning, the “alarm” will eventually go silent. A ship wrecked faith is inevitable when believers ignore their conscience and rationalize disobedience. It’s far better to trust the great Captain of our soul, Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit will guide you correctly!

Food For Thought - March 23rd

Jesus came to earth so people can be saved from Hell and to be able to go to Heaven. On the cross, Jesus said : “it is finished!” referring to His death for our sin. But death would have been incomplete without the resurrection! He arose from the dead, to show His victory over death for all those who live and follow Him! Nothing remains to be done to secure your redemption for eternity. To have the assurance of Heaven you need to be “born again” Jesus said, Unless a person is “born-again” they cannot enter into the Kingdom of God” What that means is you need to be born from above. Admitting you need forgiveness and to repent from your sins and give your whole life to Jesus to be your Lord and Savior. If you have any questions or have made that commitment to Christ let us know! If your looking for a Bible believing church come and visit us! The details are on our web page at https://livinggracebible.com/

FOOD FOR THOUGHT: JANUARY 3RD

“No one who hopes in you will ever be put to shame” Psalm 25:3

It is a new year and we look forward in hope to a new year filled with potential but we also know there is uncertainty.

We can look to Jesus who has come and who reigns in Heaven until the day He comes again. He is the Lord of life. There is no threat to His Kingdom, His redemptive work is fully accomplished.

Children of the victorious King have eternal security. As we enter the New Year, may we all declare, “My only comfort in life and in death is that I belong to my faithful savior, Jesus Christ!”

If you have any questions feel free to contact us and of course you are invited to come to our weekly services at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday morning!

Food for Thought - November 23rd

Thanksgiving is a gift given to us by the loving nature of our Heavenly Father. At all times we have reason to give thanks because we serve a faithful, good, loving God!

We serve the only King who would lay down His life for rebellious and sinful servants. We serve a God worthy of all thanksgiving and praise!

Our God is bigger and better than all our circumstances, and fears. There is security and joy declaring the goodness and kindness of His loving eternal nature.

Take time daily to practice Thanksgiving and enjoy the fruits of a renewed mind filled with joy and truth!

Food For Thought: September 11, 2024

As you have probably figured out life is hard. Life can bring grief, worry, fear, and many other difficult and uncomfortable emotions. It can be hard to accept circumstances that are unpredictable and out of our control. But we are to draw near to God and as we do He promises to give us His peace that surpasses all understanding. Jesus’s presence strengthens our weary hearts through all the challenges and unforeseen circumstances of this life. Our prayer should be: “Lord plant our feet firmly in you. Help us to draw nearer to you at all times. AMEN!”

The greatest danger to Christianity are those who “profess” to know Jesus, but their lives betray Him. It is so easy to “say” I’m a follower of Jesus, but its quite another thing to really live for Him as your Lord. Those who merely profess without living it, have caused so much damage not only to true believers, but also to the unsaved humanity who see right through the phoniness. I believe the hardest words that come from our Lord is those who stand before Him and declare they did all these things in His name, yet Jesus will say to them “I never knew you” Matthew 7:21-23. They professed to know Him but never truly surrendered themselves to Him and by choice they were self-deceived. Be sure that indeed Jesus is your Lord and if He is then He is your Savior.
