It has come to our attention that some are burying and lighting candles at the cemetery. The candles are a fire hazard. Also, there are glass beer bottles at some of the gravesites. Both of these items are not allowed.

And we will be doing a cleanup of the cemetery in the near future. So, if you have unallowed items that you value, and that includes solar lights, please remove them or they will be removed and thrown away.

THE MULESHOE MEMORIAL PARK CEMETERY BOARD would like to take this opportunity to reach out to all individuals interested in helping to keep the MULESHOE MEMORIAL PARK CEMETERY thriving.

THE MULESHOE MEMORIAL PARK CEMETERY is a non-perpetual care cemetery and is a non-profit organization.

Please realize that the cemetery is a stand-alone corporation and not funded by the city or county.

THE MULESHOE MEMORIAL PARK CEMETERY BOARD fully understands the fact that the times we currently live in are economically difficult. Upkeep for the cemetery includes but is not limited to the following:

1. W**d Eradication
2. Mowing, Edging, Fertilizing and Watering of the grounds
3. Grounds Keeping and Administrative Salaries
4. Grave Marking, Monument Setting, Plotting, etc.
5. General Cleaning of the grounds

THE MULESHOE MEMORIAL PARK CEMETERY does receive money for the Sale of Plots, Grave Marking Fees, and Monument Setting; however, this income comes nowhere near what it takes to care for the cemetery’s on-going maintenance.

THE MULESHOE MEMORIAL PARK CEMETARY BOARD would greatly appreciate your donation and would be grateful for any amount you can contribute to this very necessary cause. If possible, we would also like to ask for quarterly, semi-annually, or annual donations from those in a position that can do so and would like to do so. All monetary donations are tax deductible.

The cemetery does not look its best at this time because of our watering situation and lack of rain. So, we would appreciate any fundraising suggestions.

We have noticed solar lights at the cemetery. Solar lights are not allowed. Please be advised that in the next few weeks, we will be removing them.
