What an encouraging night! We had the opportunity to visit Baptist Girls Camp last night and were blessed by the energy and dedication of all the young ladies there. A huge thank you to the volunteers who pour into these girls — your service matters more than you know. We are looking forward to hearing a great report from camp. Keep these young ladies and their leaders in your prayers this week!

Girls Camp kicks off today, and we could not be more excited. Our girls are heading into a week full of faith, friendship, and fun — and we are believing God for something special.

Would you pray with us? Ask God to move in the hearts of every girl this week, that they would leave changed and on fire for Him.

Good morning, Vine Prairie Baptist Church!

Tonight at Vine Prairie Baptist Church we continue our “Foundations in the Old Testament” study as we look at the Tower of Babel and its significance. Sometimes God protects us from our own pride, plans, and desires — even when we don’t understand it in the moment.

Join us tonight at 6:30 PM as we dig deeper into God’s Word together.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. We are thankful for the freedoms we enjoy and for the families who have carried the weight of that sacrifice.

“Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.” — John 15:13

This weekend is also especially meaningful for our family because, after a season of transition, the entire O’Conner family is finally here together in Mulberry. We are incredibly thankful for the love, encouragement, and kindness shown to us by everyone at Vine Prairie Baptist Church.

As we remember those who sacrificed so much, we are also grateful for this new chapter God has brought us into. Thank you for welcoming our family and allowing us to serve alongside you. We are excited for what lies ahead and thankful to finally all be here together.

Some of the greatest moments in life happen when people simply show up.

This Sunday we’re excited to welcome Brother Tom back to Vine Prairie Baptist Church as our guest speaker. Brother Tom previously served as pastor here, and we’re looking forward to hearing the message God has placed on his heart.

Church isn’t about perfect people. It’s about people coming together to worship, grow, and be reminded that God is still working.

So this week, invite someone with you.
A friend.
A coworker.
A neighbor.
Maybe even an enemy.
