In the fall of 1977 a small group of Catholic gentlemen met in the lower level of St. James School. Thirty-nine charter members started Council #7048 of Mukwona

The purpose was to get information on starting a Knights of Columbus Council in Mukwonago, WI.

Silver Rose service was at St. James on August 10th is now on the way to the Twin Lakes Service that will transfer it to Illinois. The Rose will end up where Our Lady appeared in Guadeloupe Mexico on Her feast day.

The AC is all decorated, the music and lights are set, and food and concessions will be rock 'n' with a 50's flare.

Welcome to the Sock-Hop and Thank You for your support!

Here are a couple to items to help you with your experience when you attend this evening.

When entering the Dance and checking in please have the order name and you confirmation number. We have a list of all the tickets and our welcome team will check you in on your arrival. St James Mukwonago is located at 830 E Veterans Way in Mukwonago. The Activity Center is located behind (to the North) of the Church. You will see a Yellow Sock-Hop sign at the entrance of the parking lot.

Doors open at 5pm for the Group Dance Lessons & Doors for the Dance Open at 6pm.

We have Concessions serving:
Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Fantastic Italians
Hot Dogs
Chips
Candy
Soda & Water
Root Beer Floats

The Knights Columbus will have a Beer and Wine Bar Area - Please make sure to bring your ID as we will be providing you with a wristband for those 21 and older.

We have Raffle Baskets Donated by the Families of the Scouts and from the local Community and tickets.

Door prizes and an Award for Best Dressed 50's style Couple and Individual!

Mother Son Dance Opportunity!
Calling All Moms who’ve been waiting for a Mother, Son Dance!
The Past 2 years we’ve seen the Fantastic Daddy Daughter Dance that the Mukwonago Varsity Dance Team has hosted each fall. We’ve seen the pictures and the posts, and then the question asking, "What about a Mother, Son Dance?" Well Moms, The Knights of Columbus and the Scouts from BSA Troop 152 - Mukwonago have got you covered!
You should take your Son to the Sock-Hop this Saturday February 18th at the St James Activity Center from 6 to 10pm!

We've got the DJ from the Daddy Daughter Dance with all the Lights, Great Food and Concessions, Door Prizes, Raffle Baskets, Prizes for Best Dressed Couples, and Individuals and More!
