Welcome to Muenster, Texas for the 50th Annual GermanFest Fun Run! We’re excited to have you join us for this favorite GermanFest tradition.

📅 Race Day Agenda – Sunday, April 26:
🕥 10:30 AM – Packet Pickup & Race-Day Registration at Heritage Park (301 N Ash Street)
🕛 12:00 PM – Race Start near the corner of Ash & Sixth Streets
🕐 1:00 PM – Awards Ceremony on the Fisher 59 Stage at Heritage Park

🎟️ All participants receive:
✔️ 5K entry
🇩🇪 GermanFest admission
👕 Special edition anniversary t-shirt
🍺 TWO drink tickets (beer or soft drinks)

🚗 FREE parking for Fun Run participants is available at Heritage Park from 10 AM–12 PM.

🚨 BIG UPDATE THIS YEAR 🚨

Parking & entry for the GermanFest Fun Run have changed!

👉 The ONLY public vehicle entrance is from the southwest entrance off Hwy 82 into Parking Lot #2. From there, you will be directed to the front designated parking lot.

🚗 FREE parking is available for all Fun Run participants when you enter the designated lot between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

📍 Be sure to check the map before you arrive so you can plan your route and avoid delays on race day.

The 50th Annual GermanFest Fun Run is coming up this Sunday, April 26 at 12 PM, and here’s everything you need before you hit the starting line:

🏁 Course Info: The 5K starts just outside the GermanFest grounds and finishes inside Heritage Park—right in the heart of the festival.

🎟️ Packet Pickup & Registration: Opens at 10:30 AM at Heritage Park. We strongly encourage early pickup to avoid race-day lines.

🚗 Parking: Free participant parking is available in designated lots near Heritage Park. Arrive between 10 AM–12 PM for the smoothest experience.
