Clean up Day is always the THIRD Saturday in August. Donations can be made year-round to the Vaught Cemetery Association, 10154 Hwy 282, Mountainburg, Ar 72946.

We will celebrate 70 Years of Decoration Day at the Vaught Cemetery on August 24. We are looking for a group to sing some Hymns (older classics) to help mark the milestone. Contact Lisa Norris via direct message or at 479-287-1369 for more information. Small honorarium available. Thirty minutes to an hour or so of singing or instrumental playing or a combination of both (time is dependent on the heat - this is an outdoor event).

Just a friendly reminder that this year‘s decoration day marks 70 years of decoration day fellowship at the current cemetery location. What a milestone!

We hope everyone can join us on August 24 for Decoration Day and August 16 for cleanup day.

Good morning, all.

⚠️ Important clean up day information‼️

Due to the storms last night, the cemetery is too wet to mow. The lawn service we use will mow next week closer to Decoration Day when it dries out.

Of course, families are always encouraged to tidy their family plots. Trash receptacles will be available and cleaned/monitored throughout the week.

We have volunteers already signed up to clean the bathrooms and tables before Decoration Day.

Thank you all for your willingness to serve on cleanup day.

See you Decoration Sunday - 8/25/24.
