Seventeen years ago today, we stepped into our place of destiny as we were installed as the new pastors of what was Church of the Living God right here in Mountain View, Arkansas. Looking back on this journey, our hearts overflow with love, life, and gratitude for our incredible church family.
We have walked through it all together—sharing in the good times and weathering the hard times. We’ve anchored each other through moments of profound joy and carried one another through spaces of deep pain. Through every season, the consistency of your faith and love has been our greatest reward.
In 2015, we stepped into a pivotal transformation when we became ARISE Church. That evolution was just a prophetic glimpse of what God was building beneath the surface. Today, we are filled with overwhelming excitement for the growth and spiritual depth taking root within this congregation. We are watching this house mature, becoming the true sons and daughters of God that the earth is eagerly longing to see revealed.
Biblically, the number 17 represents both victory, completion, and beautiful new beginnings. As we mark this milestone, we know that a significant chapter has been beautifully finished, and a powerful new era is breaking forth.
We are so grateful to have found our destiny with you. As we look ahead, we are filled with anticipation for who we are all growing to become—fully stepping into who we were born to be. Lean in, family, because we believe with everything in us that the absolute best is yet to come!
We didn’t take a picture today so here’s an old but fav of ours.
