What's holding you back from showing kindness? Maybe it's past hurts, broken promises, or betrayal. David had every excuse not to show mercy to the house of Saul—17 years of being hunted and opposed. Yet he chose differently.

In 2 Samuel 9, David sought out Mephibosheth, Jonathan's crippled son, and restored everything—land, position, and a place at the king's table. Why? Because that's who God is. David knew God as abundant in truth, faithful beyond measure, and One who never rejects His people.

Here's the beautiful truth: Just like Mephibosheth, we were helpless and in need. Christ came at just the right time to seek us, restore us, and invite us to His table. We didn't deserve it, but God's kindness changed everything. Now we get to be that drop of kindness that creates ripples in someone else's life.
