This week we explored the powerful contrast between a heart that beats unfaithfully and one that beats with faithfulness. Here's your challenge: Ask God to examine your heart today. Maybe you're in a broken relationship right now. Maybe someone has hurt you deeply. The story of David reminds us that we can't control others' choices, but we can be as right as possible. We can cry out to God, pour out our complaints to Him, and then choose each day to trust Him with our hurts. That's not weakness—that's the strength that comes from seeking God earnestly, meditating on His truth, and starting each day anew with thanksgiving.

God has a heart of restoration for you. Will you let Him restore what's been broken?
