Hill Country Cowboy Camp Meeting

Hill Country Cowboy Camp Meeting Dedicated to the Glory of God & His Work Since 1939. Christians from all over come together for worship, study, praise and fellowship. Everyone is welcome!

The Hill Country Cowboy Camp Meeting was organized by Dr. P.B. Hill and other prominent residents of the Mountain Home and Divide area of Kerr County, Texas in 1939. They hoped to create a summer gathering of Christian people to refresh and strengthen their faith and to spread the Word. Many families from the Hill Country have been a part of the camp meeting for generations. Friends and neighbors

continue to gather to renew old acquaintances and enjoy breaking bread and sharing their love of the Lord.

✝️Come spend Easter with us on Saturday, April 4 - Easter Sunday, April 5, 2026. Set up your “dry-camp” site (tents, camper trailers, RV’s, or just a hammock under a tree) at our Family Friendly campgrounds. Join us for the Resurrection Story and Egg Hunt. We’re serving hamburgers and chips for dinner. Then enjoying some time by the campfire as we watch a movie under the Tabernacle. Last year we watched a live-streamed broadcast of Jerusalem’s Easter Service at the Temple around 10pm on Saturday night.
Then Sunrise Easter Service in the Tabernacle on Sunday morning followed by a pancake and sausage breakfast. There is no charge to attend this event. Donations are always welcome but certainly not required. This is a great opportunity to get the kids both (old and young) out in nature and celebrate our Lord and Savior! Drop a comment and let me know your coming so we have enough eggs and hamburgers! We hope you come! 🙌🏻⛺️🔥🌳✝️

We’re overwhelmed by God’s goodness. The food has been delicious. The weather has been nice. Seeing old friends has been sweet, but there’s something about being outside, under the Tabernacle listening to great worship music praising Him and hearing His Word , that makes you want to come back for more. So we invite you to do just that! John Wheat with Trinity Baptist Church and the Prime Time Singers will be our hosts tonight so grab all your friends and neighbors and we’ll see you at 6pm for BBQ and 7pm for Worship!✝️🙌🏻🙏🫶🏻
