Have you ever wondered why you have two ears and only one mouth? Maybe because we are to listen twice as much as we speak. "Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be Swift To Hear, Slow To Speak, slow to wrath" (James 1:19). Make sure what you say is worth listening to. And to lend an ear is worth more than a thousand worth.

When we have failed God, it doesn't mean we are a failure. But when we have failed what matters is how we will respond. Do we give up and be defeated, or do we Believe God Can Restore Us? "He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake" (Psalms 23:3). God wants to restore us when we fail Him. He wants us to know He has a plan and purpose for our lives. The results will be glory to Him and blessing to us.

When we kneel before the Lord in prayer and truly ask Him to take care of the problem, we can believe that He will. "But the God of grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you" (1 Peter 5:10). Find your relief in the Lord, as you release your cares into His capable hands.

God's love for us is the reason He provided our Salvation at His own great expense. The life of His precious Son Jesus. We can trust God because He has given us exactly what we needed most, Salvation. He did not do this because He owed us anything. He saved us for one reason, because of His wonderful love. "In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him" (1 John 4:9). You can trust God, not only with your future but also with whatever you're facing today.

God's power is manifested in man's weakest moments. Those who rise above their circumstances will see God use the experience for good. "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28). God has good in store for you even though it's not easy in hard times to believe. Just trust in God.
