Posting about the Lord on social media does not make you right with the Lord.

Speaking about him in public does not make you right with the Lord.

Praying or allowing someone to pray does not make you right with the Lord.

Church involvement does not make you right with the Lord.

Reading your Bible does not make you right with the Lord.

Attending church faithfully does not make you right with the Lord.

Cutting out sin does not make you right with the Lord.

These are all good and well but they don’t blot out our sins or keep us from an eternity in hell.

John 3:3 KJV
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

We are not right with God because of what we do but because of WHAT HE DID!

Accept him today and live for him the rest of your tomorrow’s! God bless.

Hey preacher…

Sometimes the ministry can be disappointing and discouraging and all we see is “what is not” instead of “what is”.

God is not measuring our success as preachers by how many people respond to the message.

God is not measuring our success by how full the church is.

God is not measuring our success by how many people comment how good the message was.

Our success is gauged by how faithful we PREACH THE WORD.

Our job is to preach the word without fear or favor of mankind. Obey him at all cost.

PREACH!!

Pray for us this week!!

I’ll be preaching at Camp Joy this week, Monday through Thursday night!
I always look forward to camp and am thankful for the invitation to come preach again this year. Looking forward to what the Lord would have for us this week.

Also remember my wife Kaylee Felker in your prayers as she will be at Camp Niangua as a girls sponsor for our home church.
