Today, at Sunday School we had a fun session learning about the Fruit of the Spirit! 🤍

We all know the fruit of the Spirit isn't a coconut, apple, orange, or any edible fruit for that matter!

So, what is it then?

Galatians 5:22-23 says, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.”

The fruit of the Spirit is not a moral checklist of things you must force yourself to do.

When we try to manufacture, manipulate, fake or force the fruit of the spirit with our own effort, we usually end up exhausted or frustrated.

But when we invite the Holy Spirit into our everyday moments, He gently reshapes our character and personality.

It is the natural, supernatural overflow of our life when we remain connected to Jesus.

God bless. 👑

Sunday School was awesome today, we learned God's word and had a bunch of fun activities! 💫

"Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity."

Psalm 100:1-5 (ESV) 🎶

1. Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth!

2. Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with singing!

3. Know that the Lord, he is God! It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

4. Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name!

5. For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations. 🤍

We had a wonderful Church Service celebrating the Ressurection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

"Following Jesus will cost you everything. But also, not following Jesus will cost you everything. One cost is earthly; the other is eternal."

Indeed, Jesus has risen, so let us prepare our hearts and anticipate His swift return, for He is our singular wellspring of encouragement and hope. God bless. 👑

Philippians 3:20–21
"But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body to be like his glorious body, by the power that enables him even to subject all things to himself." 💜

It is always a wonderful time to celebrate Jesus as a Church! 👑

The birth of Jesus was a promise, and His death on the cross represented the fulfillment of the gospel. The tomb was unable to contain Him. He rose again! Because Jesus lives, we are able to face all our tomorrows. The kings, the governments, and this universe rest upon His shoulders. Those of us who believe in Jesus are liberated from sin and can experience eternal life and hope while awaiting our soon-coming Messiah. Amen. Merry Christmas. God bless. ⭐️

Isaiah 9:6-7 - "For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and of peace there will be no end, on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from this time forth and forevermore. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will do this." 🤍❤️

It was a wonderful Church Service celebrating thanksgiving festivities + Sunday School Anniversary!

This year the Sunday School Anniversary theme verse was from Galatians 5:1 - "For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery."

True freedom is always and only found in Christ Jesus and in His word. God bless. ⭐️🍁

We will never be everyone's cup of tea. It's a fact. And that's ok.

If need be, sure we can take our chances putting our hope and trust in people, but that's pretty much shaky ground. Even though it's nice to take comfort and enjoy the support and company of others, it only lasts for a short moment.

When things go haywire it's best to be still and wait on God. It appears that there is no one we can rely on with absolute certainty and therefore our confidence must be continuously placed in God and in His living and active word.

May the power we once placed in others rest solely on God because He is the one who ultimately defines, saves, provides, and has the power to transform us from the inside out. He is our eternal rock, our salvation, and our strong fortress—the only one who can keep us unshaken, stable and safe

Today, remember, our singular purpose is to serve an audience of one—there is no need to seek for external approval. We can rest knowing that only Jesus and what He commands and promises will be our ultimate portion forever. Cling onto Him today! God bless. 🤍
