Yesterday was a celebration of hard work, dedication, and bright futures. 🎓✨

Because of the love and support of our Second Friendship family, we were able to lift up and celebrate our brilliant graduates as they step into everything God has next for them!

To every graduate: we are so incredibly proud of you, we believe in you, and we are praying for you as you enter this next chapter. Go forward with faith, purpose, and the love of God leading the way.

This Sunday, our young people are taking over, and we are celebrating a major milestone as we honor our brilliant graduates. 🎓🙌🏾

We are keeping the momentum rolling for Week 2 of Youth Month 2026, and we are hyped to welcome Elder Dennis Williams-Mitchell from Bethel Church of Flint bringing a powerful message: "From Chains to Change".

This Sunday kicks off Youth Month 2026, and our young people are leading, serving, worshipping, and showing us what God is doing through the next generation. They don’t have next—they have NOW.

Bring your children, grandchildren, godchildren, nieces, nephews, and every young person you know as we kick off a whole month dedicated to celebrating the gifts, voices, and leadership of our youth.

We are starting Week 1 strong with Rev. Amir Ray from BT Church of Detroit bringing a powerful message, "Grounded in Teamwork"!

Let's fill the house and cheer on the generation that is changing our church, our community, and our world.
